In Yalta, the forum-exhibition «Tourist EXPOS. Crimea — 2025 «

The forum-exhibition of active recreation and tourism “TouristExpo.Crimea — 2025” is planned in Yalta on October 15-17. The event will be held with the support of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea. Together with federal experts, government officials, the parliamentary corps and tourism industry entities, the results of the high summer season will be summed up at the forum, sales of winter tourism products and early bookings for spring-summer 2026 will be launched, and the main trends in domestic tourism for the next season will be outlined.
The forum will be attended by representatives of 15 regions of Russia from Kamchatka to Kaliningrad, 15 state corporations of the Russian Federation, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, industry public organizations, the tourism industry of Crimea and the Russian Federation. A delegation from the Rostov region will arrive on a business mission and hold presentations of their tourism products. The Tula region will present a single stand for the tourism industry.
The exhibition will present the best practices for promoting recreation and wellness, unique offers from tour operators and managers of sanatoriums, boarding houses and hotels on the peninsula, and there will be drawings for valuable prizes and gifts.
The business program of the exhibition will be relevant and useful for all resort regions of Russia; it is compiled taking into account new business demands and the main directions of development of domestic tourism in Russia, according to the National Project “Tourism and Hospitality”.
During the plenary session, the results of the summer tourist season of 2025 will be summed up, as well as prospects for the season of 2026 will be outlined. The event will be attended by: Vice-President of the Alliance of Russian Travel Agencies, General Director of the Pink Elephant travel agency network Alexan Mkrtchyan, Commercial Director of Tour Operator Alean LLC Oksana Bulakh, Minister tourism and resorts of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic Rasul Tekeev, head of the department of the separate division «Crimea» of JSC TC «Grand Service Express» Albert Sadretdinov, as well as representatives of the Rostov, Ryazan, Kaluga and Kaliningrad regions, who will share with the meeting participants their regional projects in terms of development of the hospitality sector.
Also on the first day of the Forum there will be a section dedicated to conducting an experiment in the provision of guest house services in individual residential buildings. As part of this event, representatives of Rosacreditatsiya, the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea, as well as experts from industry associations will talk about innovations in legislation in the field of operating guest houses, land supervision and fire safety requirements, and share practical knowledge and experience in passing self-assessment.
The second day of the forum will be devoted to the development of pedestrian tourism infrastructure, integration of inclusiveness into the tourism industry, personnel shortages and ensuring safety measures in sanatorium-resort and hotel organizations.
Particular attention will be paid to the development of the gastroindustry in the Republic of Crimea and, in general, in the country.
Together with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Republic of Crimea and 13 other regions of Russia have been working throughout the year to build a concept for the development of the gastronomic industry, focusing on preserving, updating and promoting the gastronomic traditions of the peoples of Russia. Russia is rich in specialties and contains many cultural traditions that can be revealed through the gastronomic code. The results of the work carried out in Crimea as the flagship region of the ASI project “Traveling in Russia” will also be shared on the sidelines of the forum “There is in Crimea!”, which will be held as part of TouristExpo. In addition, 10 pilot restaurants in Crimea will hold presentations of the developed unique Crimean menu, and an exhibition-fair of local specialties and agro-industrial tourism enterprises in Crimea will be presented.
Practical results and non-standard solutions jointly with business based on the results of the high holiday season are important and extremely necessary for us in the context of the transformation of many familiar processes in the industry and new challenges. Forum participants — representatives of government, public, business and scientific communities will combine their experience and professional knowledge, which will make it possible to bring to life the most daring and advanced ideas for the development of domestic tourism in the country— said the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Ganziy.
