In Yalta, the traffic police removed from driving a minor «pilot» without a license
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Yalta, traffic police inspectors removed a minor mopedist from driving. As specified in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea, the violator on a Honda Dio moped was stopped on Kirov Street. The 17-year-old boy was wearing a motorcycle helmet, but he did not have a driving license.
In relation to the violator, the employees of the State traffic inspectorate drew up a protocol under Part 1 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Driving a vehicle by a driver who does not have the right to drive”, now he will face a fine in the amount of 5 to 15 thousand rubles. A two-wheeled vehicle is placed in a specialized parking lot— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
State traffic inspectors recommend adults not to allow children to drive motorcycles. It is worth remembering that children do not have the necessary driving skills, which means that they can harm not only themselves, but also other road users.
