In Yalta they are trying to solve the problems of residents of the Foros hostel «Luch»

The head of the Yalta administration, Yanin Pavlenko, worked out the appeals of citizens related to the problems of the hostel «Ray» in Foros.
I was here earlier, I remind you, the building is an object of cultural heritage, its main elements are protected by the law on the protection of cultivation. Not so long ago they made a small repair, for which the residents are very grateful, but the problematic issues were still left — they are unhappy with the work of the management company. So, in the basement water flowed for a long time, the source could not be determined, and the management company simply abstracted,-quoted the press service of the administration of Yalta to Yanin Pavlenko.
The Housing and Public Utilities Department and Vodokanal have already worked out the question — the leak is eliminated.
But there should not be such situations. People fully pay for services (here the cost of 1 sq. M is 25 rubles). And they must also fully receive them. Therefore, on October 17, a meeting has already been scheduled — to choose another managing organization in order to give the house to reliable household hands— emphasizes the head of the administration.
Yanina Pavlenko reminds the Yalta residents who live in apartment buildings that the management of common property belongs to the competence of the general meeting.
