During the verification activities, the police identified a 39-year-old resident of Mineralnye Vody, who, while celebrating the wedding of friends, decided to set off fireworks as a gift to the newlyweds. By his actions, the man violated the provisions of the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Crimea, which established a ban on the launching of fireworks and fireworks. The offender explained to law enforcement officers that he did not know about the ban on pyrotechnics and publicly apologized to the residents of Yevpatoria— reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
Police officers drew up an administrative violation report against the man.
The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles.
