In Yevpatoria, the driver tried to escape from the scene of an accident and “drove into” another accident
Recently, an incident occurred in Yevpatoria that resulted in a 33-year-old local resident being deprived of his driver’s license for two and a half years. The man was involved in a traffic accident, and then, trying to avoid responsibility, committed another serious violation.
It all started when the driver of the car collided with another vehicle. Instead of staying at the scene of the accident, he chose to hide. Continuing to move, he soon crashed into the fence of a private house belonging to a 54-year-old local resident. Police officers quickly identified the offender. Based on the results of the inspection, two administrative materials were drawn up against the driver, under Part 2 of Article 12.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Leaving the scene of a traffic accident by the driver.” By court decision, the driver was found guilty and deprived of the right to drive vehicles for 2 years and 6 months, — reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea.
After establishing all the circumstances and taking measures, the police identified a publication in the media about the damage to the fence.
