Individual approach: in Sevastopol, the load level of developmental activities is determined for children with disabilities

When planning developmental activities, it is critically important to take into account the individual characteristics of a child with disabilities — this creates the necessary conditions for his learning, socialization and comprehensive development.

Any such activity is serious work of the brain and nervous system. For a child with special needs, all this requires 2–3 times more internal effort than other children. When drawing up a lesson plan, the age categories and individual character of the student are taken into account. Interests, mental and physical state characteristics are also assessedsaid social teacher Tatyana Konovalova.

Corrective classes are held individually — this allows you to purposefully work on the most problematic areas of development. The key condition for effectiveness is the student’s assimilation of the information received.
