Irina Kiviko: “Heroes and participants of the Northern Military District are the elite and the golden fund of the Russian Federation”

The “Heroes of Crimea” program has been implemented in the region since February of this year and is aimed primarily at training highly qualified leaders from among the participants in the special military operation for subsequent work in government bodies, as well as in enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Crimea.

Russian President Vladimir Putin clearly outlined the position that the heroes and participants of the North Military District are the elite and the golden fund of the Russian Federation. He spoke about this in April of this year during a meeting with the heads of municipalities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. We, in turn, fully support and share the opinion of the President, and on the part of the Crimean government we provide all necessary assistance to the participants of this program, for which we received a good response and a huge number of applications— said Irina Kiviko.

A total of 904 applications were submitted for participation in the “Heroes of Crimea” program. For the winners of the selection — 22 veterans of a special military operation, training is provided under the additional professional retraining program “State and Municipal Administration”, and internships in government bodies of the Republic of Crimea. In the future, based on the results of successful completion of the educational program, it is planned to find employment for participants wishing to enter the state civil or municipal service.

Let us recall that similar programs are being implemented in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
