Sevastopol police detained a man suspected of threatening to kill his niece. Previously, the suspect has already been prosecuted for a similar crime against his relative. Now the Sevastopol citizen faces a real term.
It was established that another scandal arose between a 56-year-old local resident and his 35-year-old niece, who own shares in one apartment. The man did not like that a relative put her things at the door of his room, and he reprimanded her. In response, the niece expressed her domestic claims to her uncle, who grabbed her and threatened to kill her. Fearing for her own life, the woman reported the incident to the police.— told the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
Police officers arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect. At present, a criminal case has been initiated against the man by the Department of Inquiry of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Leninsky District under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Threat to kill or cause grievous bodily harm”), he faces up to two years in prison.
