It was proposed to cancel the mandatory assessment of the suitability of housing when purchasing a private house using maternity capital funds. The corresponding bill is being prepared by Svetlana Razvorotneva, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Public Utilities, reports the Mortgage and Real Estate Telegram channel.

The parliamentarian emphasized that after the adoption of the law on the mandatory assessment of the suitability of housing before purchasing it at the expense of maternal capital, Russians began to complain about extortions. At the same time, according to the document, conclusions should be issued by interdepartmental municipal commissions, and not by independent experts who receive remuneration for their services.

We gathered at the Ministry of Construction to discuss how to fix the problem. The head and founder of the construction company APS DSK, Alexander Kalsin, in a conversation with a Tsian.Zhurnal correspondent, welcomed the initiative, which removes another bureaucratic barrier.

The founder of the Open Village business ecosystem, Vladislav Kopitsa, emphasized that thanks to the adoption of the initiative, the costs of buyers of individual housing construction will be slightly reduced.
