Ivan Yurchenko has been appointed acting head of the Simferopol region of Crimea

I realize the fullness of the responsibility that has fallen on my shoulders. I understand that there are many issues in the work of the district administration that require immediate attention and solutionshe emphasized.
According to the new head, one of the top priorities will be a detailed study of the current situation in the municipality and an analysis of the problems that concern residents. Among the priorities, he named the condition of the road network, the work of housing and communal services, the development of social infrastructure, support for entrepreneurship and agriculture.
In the near future, Yurchenko noted, he intends to hold a series of working meetings with heads of settlements, deputies and representatives of the public in order to formulate a clear action plan for the coming period.
Sergei Petelin, who served as head of the Simferopol district administration, wrote a letter of resignation. According to the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, Petelin is moving to a new job.
