A joint preventive raid by employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate and representatives of the Federal Bailiff Service took place in Kerch, aimed at identifying debtors for administrative fines. During the event, a local resident was identified who had accumulated more than twenty unpaid fines totaling over 37 thousand rubles.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate drew up 20 reports against the violator under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to pay a fine on time). As a result, the debtor’s car was seized by bailiffs.
Now the Kerchan resident will have to repay the debt in double amount.
The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Kerch calls on all drivers to promptly pay the imposed fines. We remind you that if you pay the fine within 30 days from the date of the decision, a discount of 25% is provided.
