Kindness is in the hands of children. Action «Tulip of Mercy» takes place in Simferopol

Students and schoolchildren of Simferopol traditionally take part in the annual charity event «Tulip of Mercy», initiated by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (Tauride Muftiate).

Each resident of the Crimean capital and guest of the city can make a contribution to the cause of mercy at the place of work of volunteers of the charity event, receiving in return a symbol of the action — tulips made by the hands of young Simferopol residents. All proceeds from the charity event will go to the treatment of seriously ill children.— said the head of the internal policy department of the administration of the Crimean capital Tatyana Marinina.

The charity event was held at the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University named after F. Yakubov. The mission of the action is to help seriously ill children and their families.

The coordinator of the charitable action Zenife-Khanum Ablaeva, the head of the department for organizing religious events of the DUMKS and the deputy Mufti Raim Gafarov addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. Among the guests were Albert Kurshutov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Interethnic Relations of the Republic of Crimea, and Ruslan Yakubov, Deputy Chairman.
