Rescue teams «KRYM-SPAS» improve their skills. Another training session for rescue work on difficult mountainous terrain with climbing equipment was held on the South Coast.
During the training session, the rescuers worked out the methodology and techniques for conducting search and rescue operations on difficult mountainous terrain. In particular, the skills of working with climbing equipment, cable equipment, transporting a conditional victim over difficult mountainous terrain in a special stretcher were worked out.— reported in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
Employees of the Alushta emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS» worked out the interaction between rescue teams. Particular attention was paid to safety regulations during search and rescue operations in difficult rocky terrain.
According to the rescuers themselves, as a rule, in rescue work in the mountains, the descent or ascent of the victim takes most of the time, so a lot of attention is paid to working out these elements, both during theoretical training and in the process of regular training.
