According to the head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, Olesya Kalinkina, today in the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol 94 a plot for housing construction with a total area of ​​​​94, 6 hectares, which are already recorded on a public cadastral map, and anyone can see them.

The service shows free land plots available in the region, as well as information about them: address, area, land category. The resource will also provide an opportunity to send an appeal about your interest in using the territory for construction to the authorized body, — the press service quotes Olesya Kalinkina.

According to statistics as of October 1 2022 by the operational headquarters for identifying land plots and territories that have the potential to be involved in circulation for housing construction in the city of Sevastopol, acting under the Office of Rosreestr for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, a list of 23 land plots with a total area ,5 ha, and is located on the «Land for Construction» service on the Public Cadastral Map of Russia. Of which: 7 plots with an area 10, 6 ha, possible to be involved in the turnover for multi-storey housing construction, and 16 plots with an area of ​​2.9 hectares for individual housing construction, which will allow to build 379, 0 sq. m of housing.

In the Republic of Crimea, the service contains information about 34 a land plot with a total area of ​​379, 1 ha, of which: 23 plot area 379, 8 hectares, possible for involvement in the turnover for multi-storey housing construction, and 37 plots with an area of ​​40, 3 hectares for individual housing construction, which will allow to build 3038859, 2 sq. m of housing.

The service is available on the website of the Public Cadastral Map https://pkk.rosreestr.ru/. With its help, you can select a land plot online, get information about it, as well as calculate the cost of a land plot, future taxes and fees.

To see the territories available for residential development on the public cadastral map in the search list (upper left corner), select the “Land for construction” item, then enter the region number in the search bar. The request should look like this: «34:*».

In accordance with the agreement concluded between Rosreestr and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, interaction with persons interested in providing land for the construction of housing is carried out by the Ministry of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of Crimea.
