Larisa Dolina believes that the buyer of her apartment did not exercise reasonable care

In the lawsuit against Lurie, Larisa Dolina indicated that the defendant was registered as an individual entrepreneur, and her main activity was renting and managing real estate. Dolina noted that when concluding the disputed agreement, Polina Lurie “did not show even the minimum level of reasonable diligence and caution.” According to the singer, Lurie “ignored all the circumstances surrounding the transaction, which clearly indicate a distortion of the plaintiff’s will.”

Lurie’s lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko responded to this statement. According to her, this position of the plaintiff is not confirmed by the court decision. Sviridenko emphasized that when the deal was finalized, there were no doubts about Dolina’s sanity. She noted that Larisa Dolina is engaged in teaching activities. As a teacher, she was required to undergo a psychiatric examination annually.

Earlier, Larisa Dolina promised on the air of the “Let Them Talk” program that she would return all the money to the buyer’s apartment. Despite this statement, Polina Lurie’s defense will not withdraw the complaint from the Supreme Court. Lurie’s lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko explained that we are talking about installments for an indefinite period. She added that Lurie considers the deal valid and insists that the apartment remain her property.

Let us remind you that Dolina sold an apartment in Khamovniki to Polina Lurie for 112 million rubles. Later, the singer stated that she sold her home under the influence of swindlers. She was sure that the deal would be fictitious. At the end of March, the court upheld Dolina’s claim and the deal was declared invalid. The apartment was returned to Dolina, but the buyer lost both her money and her apartment. She is trying to challenge the decision in the Supreme Court.
