Management Company «Balaklava District» is working to restore heat supply in houses

The management company of the Balaklava District is working to restore heat supply in houses managed by the organization.

We manage 173 houses with central heating. As the governor instructed, we visited all the houses and compiled a list of work that we are systematically completing. Of course, we are also working on applications that are received after the visit. First of all, we respond to the most pressing issues, for example, breaks in heating systems in houses— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the management company of the Balaklava region, Andrei Koltashev.

For example, employees of the management company restored the heat supply to house No. 10 on Novikova Street. There, specialists replaced part of the heating pipe in one of the apartments. After the repair, the system was again de-aired. The house is warm now.

The management company of the Balaklava District, depending on the complexity of the work, processes about 10 applications per day to restore heat supply to the homes of citizens.
