On May 12, in the Republic of Crimea, on the basis of the boarding house Volna Park, the village of Peschanoe, Bakhchisaray district, a Gathering of student service teams was opened.
The main goal of the project is to develop the professional and creative competencies of 80 fighters and candidates of student service teams through a three-day training to achieve high results in working projects of a regional and all-Russian scale, which will subsequently lead to an increase in staff and an increase in the level of development of the headquarters of student teams of the Republic of Crimea until June 2023.
As part of the Gathering of student service teams of the Republic of Crimea, educational lectures, master classes and trainings from leading experts in the field of management, PR, theatrical productions, service and student teams will be held. These activities will help participants develop their leadership skills, learn how to resolve social problems and conflicts within the team, and develop innovative approaches to attract young people to work as part of student service teams.
For the next three days, representatives of the service will study in depth the intricacies of hospitality, practice them, and participate in creative competitions, which will help not only unleash the creative potential of students, but also ensure a higher level of work during the summer tourist season.
Before the start of the event, I managed to talk with some of the participants. I am glad to welcome many new faces of student youth, with whom we are not only partners, but also friends, we are implementing the state youth policy in the Republic of Crimea. Ahead of the guys are waiting for three days of intense, important and hard work, which will give young professionals new knowledge, skills and motivation to strive to go further. I hope that these days the guys will get a lot of emotions, new acquaintances that will help them achieve their goals and not forget what they started with.
