Ministry of Agriculture of Crimea: documents are being accepted for subsidies for the care of perennial plantings

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea announces the start of accepting documents for subsidies for the care of perennial plantings (before entering commercial fruiting, but no more than 3 years from the date of planting for intensive gardens).
State support is provided within the framework of the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Crimea to legal entities (with the exception of state (municipal) institutions), individual entrepreneurs for reimbursement of costs for supporting priority areas of the agro-industrial complex and the development of small forms of business within the framework of the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Markets for Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food of the Republic of Crimea (in terms of the horticulture sub-sector), approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated March 5, 2025 year No. 128.
The purpose of providing such support is to help legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to reimburse part of the costs (excluding value added tax) for the care of perennial plantings (before entering commercial fruiting, but not more than 3 years from the date of planting for intensive gardens) incurred by the recipient of the subsidy in the current financial year and (or) the reporting financial year (in case of failure to provide the corresponding subsidy in the reporting financial year to reimburse part of the costs incurred in the reporting financial year year) (not reimbursed under other areas of state support of the state program for the same purposes).
Documents can be submitted from 9:00 on October 30, 2025 to 9:00 on November 13, 2025.
The selection is carried out in the public finance management system “Electronic Budget” using the Portal for the provision of measures of financial state support (https://clck.ru/dW9Go).
