Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Crimea — winner of the II All-Russian Competition of Management Innovations
The Ministry of Finance of Crimea became a winner II All-Russian competition for the best executive body of the federal, regional and municipal authorities of Russia in the field of management innovation.
As Irina Kiviko, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea, said, the goal of the competition, held under the motto “Work better and more efficiently than yesterday!”, is to determine the best executive authorities for introducing innovations in state (municipal) management.
210 works were submitted to the competition in 8 nominations.
2 works were submitted from the republic: “School and student initiative budgeting as a way to involve the younger generation in management decision-making” and the Practice of initiative budgeting “Crimea as we want” as a mechanism for involving citizens in management decision-making.”
Job “School and student initiative budgeting as a way to involve the younger generation in management decision-making” won in the category “Practices for developing and strengthening budget systems.”
I would like to proudly announce our next victory at the all-Russian level in the field of introducing proactive budgeting. Holding such a competition emphasizes the importance of the development of school and student initiative budgeting in the regions of Russia. This direction not only actively involves young people in the decision-making process, but also contributes to the formation of their civic responsibility and active citizenship. We are confident that such initiatives play a key role in educating a new generation of responsible and conscientious citizens, — notes Irina Kiviko.
The Deputy Prime Minister announced that the winners of the Management Innovation Competition 2025 will be awarded on November 25 in Moscow as part of the X International Forum of the Financial University “Russia: the image of the future. Crimea will be represented by Deputy Minister of Finance Ivan Furs.
Information: The competition is held by the Budget publishing house with the support of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Union for the Development of Public Finance. The 2025 competition was held from August 1 to September 18; from September 19 to October 31, applications were assessed by the competition commission.
