More than 24 thousand residents of Sevastopol received advice in the user support sector of the MFC

CrimeaPRESS reports:

For the convenience of residents, a user support sector (USS) operates in all “My Documents” centers in Sevastopol. Here you can receive state and municipal services electronically — independently or with the support of a qualified specialist.

SPS is a modern and affordable way to prepare the necessary documents. On average, receiving the service takes no more than 15 minutes. Special workstations are equipped for visitors, as well as reminders with instructions on the most popular services: issuing a police clearance certificate, extract from the Unified State Register, obtaining a passport, foreign passport, SFR services and others.

By turning to the user support sector, residents save time and avoid long waits in line. If necessary, MFC staff will help and advise on any issues. At the same time, the requirements for confidentiality and security of personal data are fully complied with, — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Director of the MFC of Sevastopol Yuri Gromyak.

Over the past year, more than 18.3 thousand people received consulting assistance in the user support sector. Since the beginning of 2025, over 24.8 thousand Sevastopol residents have already used ATP services.

The user support sector provides the following opportunities:

  1. Receiving services. Residents can submit applications for state and municipal services, as well as use other services of the State Services portal.
  2. Scanning and printing documents. In the SPS you can scan the documents required to submit an application and print the result of the service.
  3. Consulting support. MFC employees help you understand the functionality of the portal, explain how to fill out the application correctly, and inform you about available social support measures.
  4. Services in the user support sector are provided free of charge, except in cases where payment of a state fee is required.
