More than 42 thousand residents of Sevastopol use the “State Services Home” application
In Sevastopol, the popularity of the Gosuslugi Dom mobile application, a digital tool for solving housing and communal issues, is growing. According to the system operator, over 42 thousand citizens have already used the service, which indicates the growing interest of residents in convenient and transparent management of their housing.
The application covers not only residential apartments, but also non-residential premises in apartment buildings. Thanks to this, users receive universal access to all aspects of the maintenance of their real estate: from transmitting meter readings and paying utility bills to submitting applications to the management company and participating in online voting at general meetings of owners.
“Gosuslugi Dom” is of particular benefit to those who want to keep abreast of all the events in their home. Through the application, you can track capital repair plans, get acquainted with the reports of management organizations and control the expenditure of funds. This increases the transparency of interaction between residents and management companies, and also promotes more active participation of citizens in the life of their home.
In addition, the service supports guest access: relatives, tenants or other trusted persons can transmit meter readings and pay for services without permanent access to the account. This feature is especially relevant as the number of people renting out their homes or caring for elderly parents increases.
“Gosuslugi Dom” is becoming an increasingly popular tool for the digital transformation of housing and communal services in Sevastopol, making housing management simple, convenient and transparent for every resident.
