More than two hundred Sevastopol graduates will retake the Unified State Exam

On additional exam days, July 8 and 9, current year graduates can improve their Unified State Examination results in one of the subjects. This opportunity first appeared in 2024 at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In Sevastopol, 226 graduates of the current year registered to retake the additional exam days. It is important to note that you can retake only one subject from those taken previously, and the previous result in this subject will be canceled, even if it was higher. This year, the number of people wishing to retake the exams is significantly lower: last year, 653 graduates decided to retake the Unified State Examination,” said Maxim Krivonos, director of the Department of Education and Science.

On July 8, graduates retake the Unified State Exam in Russian language, literature, physics, chemistry, as well as the written part of the Unified State Exam in foreign languages. July 9 — biology, specialized mathematics, history, social studies and foreign languages ​​(oral part).

The choice of subjects was distributed as follows: Russian language was chosen by 58 people, computer science — 41, social studies — 27, specialized mathematics — 27, chemistry — 21, physics — 15, history — 10, English — 10, literature — 7, biology — 6.

I wrote trial exams in computer science with 78–80 points, but passed the exam with 64. I made stupid mistakes. During this time, I still prepared, completed many tasks, I hope that this time I will show the best result. I plan to enter SevSU in the field of Information Security. I want to connect my life with the IT sector, understand cyber attacks and protect the country from it,” shared graduate of school No. 44 Alexander Bartoshchuk.

On additional exam days, four school-based centers operate. The exam results will be known to graduates no later than July 21.
