Morning accident on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway: a passenger car crashed into an excavator

This morning at 9:00 18 an accident occurred on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway, as a result of which the driver of a passenger car was seriously injured.
The driver of the KIA vehicle did not choose a safe distance from the excavator in front, resulting in a collision. As a result of an accident, the driver of the car was injured and taken to the nearest medical facility , the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea reported.
Police officers were at the scene of the accident. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
