You can apply for a loan at a rate of 0.1% for «Preferential» and «Family» mortgages and from 0.5% for a standard mortgage in the primary market.

A mortgage for the purchase of a new building in DOM.RF Bank can be issued in the amount of up to 50 million rubles, for individual housing construction and acquisition of a residential building — up to 30 million rubles.
