Most often, internships in the first quarter of 2026 in Crimea were offered to sales consultants

Employers are increasingly using internships as a mechanism for quickly entering the profession and adapting new employees. Avito Works experts analyzed which professions most often offer internships in Crimea. The leader in the share of vacancies with internships in the first quarter of 2026 were sales consultants: this profession accounts for 4.8% of the total number of vacancies with internships mentioned. On average, at the internship stage, employers offered candidates 65,000 rubles/month.

In second place are truck drivers, who account for 3.9% of all vacancies with internships. The average salary offered at the internship stage was 115,000 rubles/month.

Salespeople occupy third place: their share is 3.3% of all trainee vacancies. At the same time, on average, internship applicants for this position could receive about 63,389 rubles/month.

*—The indicated values represent the average salary ranges announced by employers for vacancies that offer internships. Final earnings may vary depending on bonuses, region and actual number of shifts worked.

In the context of enlarged professional groups, the largest share of internships falls on drivers and couriers — 18.5%. An almost comparable volume is formed by warehouse logistics: warehouse workers account for 17% of such vacancies. A significant share is also occupied by retail trade workers (15%), as well as builders and repairmen (12%). Thus, more than half of all internship offers are concentrated in mass line professions with a high need for prompt hiring and rapid adaptation of employees.

The labor market is increasingly taking a course towards training personnel internally — and the numbers confirm this: in Russia as a whole, employers have increased the average salaries offered for internships by 18% over the year. At the same time, internships themselves increasingly require a competitive level of salary offers already at the start — in many mass professions, the difference with general offers on the market remains insignificant. This approach allows companies to attract candidates faster and at the same time reduces barriers to entry into the profession, especially in dynamic industries such as logistics and trade, where demand for employees remains high today— comments Roman GubanovDevelopment Director of Avito Works.

Interest in internships is also growing among job seekers. Over the year, the number of responses to such proposals increased by more than 9%. Candidates most actively responded to the internship positions of sales floor workers (+115%), electricians (+110%), electric and gas welders (+94%) and painters (+81%).
