National project “Family”: a new kindergarten is being built in Sevastopol

A new kindergarten for 280 children is being built in Sevastopol in the area of ​​the 7th kilometer of the Balaklava highway. The work is being carried out within the framework of the regional project “Family Support” of the national project “Family”.

The new institution will be located in the area of ​​the Semischastye residential complex, which is currently being built under the program of integrated development of territories. The general contractor is the SU-82 company, which has already proven itself in the construction and major repairs of educational facilities in the city.

The kindergarten will be designed for 13 groups, including four nurseries. The premises will be divided into functional blocks: playrooms and bedrooms, rooms for classes and creative development, sanitary and hygienic blocks, a dining room, a medical and administrative block— reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

Currently, preparatory and excavation work is underway at the site: builders and equipment are focused on developing a pit and laying a foundation. Ahead is the beginning of monolithic work. The total construction area will exceed 2000 square meters. Construction of the kindergarten is planned to be completed in 2027.

The new kindergarten will provide an opportunity for more than 200 families to have access to modern educational conditions within walking distance from home.

In the future, a school, a clinic and three more kindergartens will be built on the 7th kilometer, one of which will be built by the investor at his own expense. At the expense of the developer, utility networks will also be laid, parks will be laid out and a road network will be built. Under the KRT program, 5% of the apartments will be transferred to the city for service housing.
