Nazife Ramazanova from Simferopol — silver medalist of the Russian Women’s Wrestling Championship among girls

Candidate Master of Sports of Russia Nazife Ramazanova from Simferopol (coaches Igor Timashev and Andrey Dobrynin) became the silver medalist of the Russian Women’s Wrestling Championship among girls under 18 years old. The competitions took place on March 7-9 in Moscow at the Olympic Village-80 sports complex.

Nazife Ramazanova climbed to the podium in the weight category up to 73 kg.

On the way to the final, our countrywoman turned out to be stronger than Sofia Toloknova from the Belgorod region, Ariana Kozashvili and Arina Tandelova (both from North Ossetia-Alania), and only lost to Karina Muzalevskaya from the Kemerovo region in the decisive battle.

In total, about 200 athletes from different regions of the country took part in the competitions, which had the status of qualifying for the European and World Championships. 10 sets of awards were raffled off.
