New “idea”: apartments are proposed to be sold in parts, by “squares”

The authors of the idea propose the following scheme: each “square” will be sold individually. A person can save 200 thousand rubles and immediately purchase 1 square meter of housing. By repeating this action 35 times, he will “assemble” the apartment and become the owner of a “one-room apartment” of 35 “squares”. People will not have to worry that their contribution or savings for the down payment will be eaten up by inflation, says the chairman of the movement, Elina Zhgutova. Activists believe that with this approach, people will not have to get involved in a mortgage and “buy a second apartment to the bank.”

In essence, it is proposed to sell apartments in shares, gradually accumulating money for a new share. In a few years, a person will save up for a hallway, then for a room, and in the future, if everything goes well, he will be able to buy a full-fledged apartment.
