New Year’s fair in Sevastopol

A New Year’s fair has opened at the Cossack Bay MCC, which will continue to operate until January 11, 2026. A rich interactive program has been prepared for children: screenings of their favorite cartoons, master classes, animation quests and meetings with Father Frost and the Snow Maiden. Adults will find wooden stalls with goods from local artisans, including unique handmade products from the association of disabled people since childhood “House of the Sun”, as well as food courts from Sevastopol producers.

From December 29 to 30, a traditional agricultural fair will be held at the same site, where about 20 producers from Sevastopol, Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory will present fresh vegetables and fruits, meat and sausages, dairy products, fish, honey, spices, oils and other natural products.

On December 27, as part of the all-Russian campaign “Gift to a Soldier,” patriotic events will be held at the fair together with the Sevastopol Cossacks: everyone will be able to take part in master classes on making New Year’s cards for SVO participants and convey words of gratitude and support to our defenders. An exhibition of military equipment will be organized for children.

In 2025, 23 fairs were held in Sevastopol at 144 venues, which provided 1,456 retail spaces. Particular attention is paid to holiday fairs with the participation of producers from the Republic of Crimea, Kherson and Lugansk regions, and Krasnodar Territory. This year, 9 such events have already taken place, dedicated to key dates — the Day of Reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia, City Day, Russia Day, March 8, as well as the New Year and Christmas holidays,” said Alena Novikova, Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Management Company of Wholesale and Retail Shopping Complexes of Sevastopol.”
