Employees of the Sudak emergency rescue team «Crimea-SPAS» evacuated a woman from Mount Alchak at night.
At 22:53, number 112 received a message that during a walk in the Alchak mountain region, a woman lost her way due to the dark time of the day. It is located on a steep slope with loose soil, it cannot go down to the path on its own and cannot continue moving. The help of lifeguards is required. An on-duty shift of the Sudak emergency rescue team of the GKU RK «CRIMEA-SPAS», as well as employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea, were immediately sent to the scene— reported in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
Upon arrival, the rescuers established a telephone connection with the victim, found out her alleged location and gave the necessary recommendations on how to safely wait for help at night. In the shortest possible time, the woman was found on a mountainous area with complex loose rocky soil, near a hiking trail.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations organized a controlled descent of the victim from the mountain to a safe place. She did not need medical attention. Also, a preventive conversation was held with the woman on the rules of safe behavior in the mountain-forest zone.
