The day before, late in the evening, a signal about a fire in the city of Shchelkino (Leninsky district) was received on the control panel of the operational duty officer of the GKU RK «Fire Protection of the Republic of Crimea». A two-story non-residential house caught fire in an open area.
The link of the gas and smoke protection service carried out reconnaissance, making sure that there were no people in the building, the firefighters began to extinguish the fire. Within 1 hour 20 minutes, the fire was completely localized and eliminated. The fire area was 40 square meters. There were no casualties. Causes are established— reported in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
