Note to motorists and bikers: motorized patrols of the traffic police work on the roads of Crimea

May is the threshold of the tourist season, there are more and more vehicles on the roads of Crimea. To ensure traffic safety, not only stationary posts, traffic police cars, but also motorized patrols of the traffic police work.

The main task of motorcycle patrols is to prevent violations of the Rules of the Road among motorcyclists, it is they who often not only violate the Rules, but also drive vehicles without having the appropriate driving license, and even while intoxicated. This type of transport is not always properly registered with the State traffic inspectorate, — said the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea

Employees of the State traffic inspectorate remind drivers of motor vehicles the main duties:

• it is necessary to move only in a fastened motorcycle helmet,
• use protective equipment;
• to move with low beam headlights — this requirement applies to all types of vehicles, including motor vehicles;
• choose a safe speed, when performing maneuvers, keep a distance and lateral interval;
• when driving at night or in conditions of insufficient visibility, it is advisable to have objects with reflective elements on your clothes.
