The Deputy Prime Minister said that the largest share in the structure of tax and non-tax revenues of the republic was occupied by personal income tax, whose receipts amounted to more than 44.2 billion rubles, or almost a third of the total volume of own income (33.4%), which is by 22.8%, or by 8.2 billion rubles. exceeded the 2024 figure. Revenues also increased: by 3.3 billion rubles, or 18.4% for income tax, amounting to 21.1 billion rubles; by 1.8 billion rubles, or 17.4% in taxes levied in connection with the application of the simplified taxation system, amounting to almost 12 billion rubles; by 1.1 billion rubles, or 20.3% for corporate property tax, amounting to 6.7 billion rubles; by 311 million rubles, or 34.1%, for land tax, amounting to more than 1.2 billion rubles; by 6.4 billion rubles, or 53.2% in income from the use of property in state and municipal ownership, amounting to 18.5 billion rubles; by 1.9 billion rubles, or almost 30% increase in income from the sale of tangible and intangible assets, amounting to 8.4 billion rubles.
Regarding the execution of the budget expenditures, the chief financier of Crimea said that, in percentage terms, expenses for the reporting period were carried out at the expense of funds: republican — 58.1% (almost 134 billion rubles), federal — 27.3% (62.8 billion rubles), municipal — 12.2% (28.2 billion rubles), the budget of the city of Moscow — 1.5% (3.4 billion rubles), extra-budgetary — 0.9% (RUB 2 billion).
The Deputy Prime Minister drew attention to the fact that more than half (118.3 billion rubles, or 51.4%) of all expenses are aimed at financing sectors of the socio-cultural sphere, including healthcare, education and social security. This emphasizes the priorities of the state policy of Crimea, aimed at improving the quality of life of the population.
A significant amount of spending was also directed to the national economy (development of industries) – 67.3 billion rubles. (more than 29% of total expenses) and housing and communal services — 33.2 billion rubles. (14.4%).
