On the territory of the Sevastopol bus station, the road surface is changed

Work on updating the asphalt concrete coating at the bus station started on September 22. This planned event is aimed at improving the level of comfort and safety of both passengers and vehicles that use the complex infrastructure daily.

For the period of repair, temporary schemes of buses and organization of passenger traffic were introduced. This will maintain uninterrupted operation of the bus station, minimize possible inconvenience and ensure the safety of all participants in the transport process,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, director of the State Unitary Enterprise «SevEETROAVTOTRANS. All organizational measures, including temporary traffic schemes, were developed to minimize any impact on passenger traffic. The priority remains to ensure unhindered and safe movement of citizens through the station, despite the construction work.

High -quality infrastructure renewal is not limited only to replacing the coating. A significant area of ​​work is comprehensive modernization, including the creation of a barrier -free environment for low -mobility groups and improvement of the storm sewer system.

To ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with the work schedule at the facility, a significant technical resource has been involved. 23 units of equipment work at the facility. Particular attention is paid to replacing the coating on an area of ​​5400 square meters, a significant part of which — 1,500 squares — is a pedestrian zone. It is planned that the work will end until the end of November.
