One person was killed and three others, including a child, were injured in a head-on collision between two cars in eastern Crimea. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic reports this. According to the department, the accident occurred around midnight on the Grushevka-Sudak highway. The driver of a Skoda Octavia drove into the oncoming lane on one section of the road, where he collided with a Range Rover SUV.
The Skoda driver died on the spot. A Skoda passenger and a minor passenger in a Range Rover born in 2016 received injuries of varying severity and were taken to a medical facility. Another Range Rover passenger received one-time medical assistanceb,” the message says.
The circumstances and causes of the accident are being established. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident is being monitored by the Crimean prosecutor’s office, the supervisory agency reported.
