Over the weekend, 130 dogs and cats were vaccinated against rabies in Sevastopol. When is the next vaccination and where?

Over the past weekend, 130 domestic animals were vaccinated against rabies in the Balaklava region: 81 dogs and 49 cats. Mobile teams of veterinarians work weekly in various areas of the city to make the procedure as accessible as possible for pet owners. Free vaccination is carried out in strict accordance with veterinary and sanitary rules: each animal is examined by a veterinarian, after which it is given a certified vaccine, and the data is entered into a unified register.

On Saturday, April 25, on-site vaccination will continue in Balaklava from 10:00 to 14:00:

  • st. Zhukov, near the final stop “Kadykovsky Plant”;
  • intersection of Novikova street and st. Mulkovichnaya (in the market area);
  • st. 40 Let Oktyabrya near house number 34 (on the site near the store);
  • st. Grosheva on the site in the area of house number 14 near the “Products” store.

Let us remember that rabies is a particularly dangerous zoonotic disease, fatal to both animals and people. The only reliable measure of protection is timely vaccination. All dogs and cats are subject to mandatory annual rabies vaccination.

You can also vaccinate dogs and cats against rabies every Friday at the state veterinary clinic on Mogilevskaya Street, 16. You can consult a specialist by phone: +7 (978) 300-95-15.
