February 23 is a special date in our history, a symbol of courage, valor, devotion to duty and patriotism.

Defender of the Fatherland Day unites entire generations of those for whom faithful service to the country and people, the preservation of freedom and peace in their native land have become a matter of life.

We live in troubling times, and the tasks of protecting the interests of Russia and its inhabitants and the sovereignty of our country are more urgent than ever. Our unconditional priorities, as before, remain the desire for peace and the safety of citizens.
