The President of the Notary Chamber of the City of Sevastopol, Olga Kalenkovich, took part in the VKS mode in a meeting of the board on the development of a system of free legal assistance, which took place at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Konstantin Chuychenko. Opening the meeting, the Minister especially noted the relevance of the topic under discussion.
Of particular importance is the provision of legal support to participants in a special military operation and members of their families. The Ministry of Justice of Russia, together with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, is systematically carrying out work in this area and over the past time, through joint efforts, it has been possible to ensure that such assistance is provided promptly, efficiently and in a targeted manner. At the end of last year, every fourth case of assistance fell on SVO participants and members of their families. One of the most important directions is the creation of state legal bureaus in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
