President of the Notary Chamber of Sevastopol Olga Kalenkovich took part in the meeting of the Coordination and Methodological Council of the Northwestern Federal District

Representatives of more than 70 participants from 15 notary chambers of the country, not only from the Northwestern District, but also from Central Russia and the Southern Federal District, came to the Murmansk region.

The Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrey Chibis, the Minister of Justice of the Murmansk Region Ksenia Zinatullina, the President of the Federal Notary Chamber Konstantin Korsik, the President of the Murmansk Regional Notary Chamber Natalia Novikova and others delivered welcoming speeches to the participants of the Coordination and Methodological Council.

The agenda of the meeting included issues of improving law enforcement practice. Particular attention was paid to issues of methodological support for the activities of notaries, implementation of legislative provisions in the field of inheritance law and real estate transactions, transactions with minors, etc.

The speakers were the Chairman of the FNP Commission on Methodological Work Ilya Radchenko and the Head of the Legal Department of the FNP Sergey Egorov.

As part of the KMS program, notary of the Moscow Regional Notary Chamber Natalya Ilyina spoke about the implementation of the principle of the unity of fate of the land plot and the object on it, the fate of rights when purchasing a real estate property. Notaries of the Kalingrad region Dmitry Ionov and Arthur Remeslo made a presentation on the topic “Feedback on geoservices — respond or remain silent”, the head of the notary department of St. Petersburg State University Natalia Rasskazova spoke about transactions with minors, the practice of applying Article 37 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the field of notaries, and the possibility of certifying agreements on the termination of gift agreements.

On the second day of the round table meeting, the results were summed up with answers to questions from the chambers and flowers were laid at the eternal flame at the monument to the Defenders of the Soviet Arctic during the Great Patriotic War.
