The cost per square meter of new buildings in Crimea increased by 14.2%, to 263.1 thousand rubles, TASS reported in the real estate monitoring and analysis system bnMAP.pro.
During the period from January to October 2025, the average price per square meter in the market of new buildings in the Republic of Crimea increased by 14.2%, reaching 263.1 thousand rubles in October against 230.4 thousand rubles in January,” the message notes.
The average price of a lot increased by 19.8%, amounting to 18 million rubles in October compared to 15 million rubles at the beginning of 2025, analysts added.
Such dynamics in Crimea may have developed against the backdrop of increasing supply volumes. The number of available lots for sale during the period January-October increased by 23.6% from 12.3 thousand to 15.2 thousand pieces. The largest jump in the average price per square meter occurred in the business segment.
