Public inspectors of Goszhilnadzor announce the reception of Sevastopol residents on March 17

On March 17, Sevastopol residents will be able to receive free consultation from public inspectors of the State Housing Supervision Authority on any issues related to the maintenance of apartment buildings and the quality of utilities.

The reception will take place in two stages:

• from 10:00 to 12:00 — at the address: st. Bolshaya Morskaya, 4;
• from 14:00 to 16:00 — at the address: st. Generala Kolomiets, 5.

Public inspectors act as independent intermediaries between residents and management organizations. During the consultation, specialists will help you understand a wide range of issues:

• interruptions in heating, hot or cold water;
• problems with garbage removal and cleaning of the local area;
• controversial charges in receipts for housing and communal services;
• illegal use of common property;
• organizing and holding general meetings of owners;
• procedure for approving the redevelopment of apartments.
