Representatives of the notary office of Sevastopol are participants in the II regional forum “Successful Family — Successful Russia”

On October 22, the 2nd regional forum “Successful Family — Successful Russia” was held at the multifunctional cultural center “Kazachya Bay”, where issues of supporting and developing family businesses were discussed. The event is organized by the Sevastopol Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the federal project “Strong Family” of the United Russia party.
The event was attended by representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, the employment center, educational institutions, representatives of the banking community, as well as entrepreneurs on the topic “Comprehensive support for family businesses in Sevastopol: financial instruments, social initiatives and employment.”
President of the Notary Chamber Olga Kalenkovich, Vice-President Maxim Yurchenko, deputy of the Legislative Assembly, notary of the city of Sevastopol Natalya Kiryukhina in the expert session “Legal and legal aspects of running a family business” during the event highlighted the issues of the procedure for establishing Trust management of inherited property, the creation of personal and inherited funds, as well as the procedure for providing evidence as an effective way to protect the rights of individuals and legal entities. The issues raised by representatives of the notary community aroused keen interest among forum participants. Representatives of the business community noted the high importance and significance of the topics presented for organizing work and developing and protecting family businesses.
