Residents of Crimea are invited to military service under the contract

For admission to military service under a contract, those who wish can personally contact the selection point or military commissariat, postal item and by phone. When concluding a contract, military personnel receive lump -sum cash payments in the amount of 400,000 rubles (in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation) and 800,000 rubles (in accordance with By decree of the head of the republic). The regional payment is entitled to citizens who have concluded a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for participation in a special military operation from September 24 to December 31, 2025.

In addition, those who conclude a contract in the military commissariat or selection point on the territory of Crimea, regardless of registration, will be able to make a decision on receiving monetary compensation in the amount of 1 million rubles in return for the land immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Thus, the total amount of payment will reach 2 million 200 thousand rubles.

Also, for the service in the zone of special military operations, from 210 thousand rubles will be paid monthly (depending on the military rank, position and length of service).

The following social benefits and guarantees are laid for the contract: the possibility of acquiring housing at the expense of the Russian Ministry of Defense through the funded and mortgage system; official housing or compensation for hiring housing; free examination, treatment and rehabilitation in military medical institutions; Health life insurance at the expense of the federal budget; the right to a preferential pension after 20 years of service; The status of a war veteran and relevant benefits. Also, participants can apply for credit and tax holidays; budget places for teaching children in universities; reservation of jobs; free vacation of children in summer health camps; Unified additional payments, benefits and guarantees of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
