Residents of Crimea will be able to receive a tax deduction for sport for spouses and TRP annually

The Popular Front proposes to expand the right to receive a tax deduction for physical education services for the spouse and parents, as well as eliminate injustice in obtaining a deduction in the successful delivery of the TRP. In Crimea, payment for paid sports can be obtained from 2022, and for the TRP from this year.

The initiative includes two key directions: the expansion of the right to receive a tax deduction for physical education services for the spouse and parents, as well as a change in the procedure for submitting a deduction for the delivery of the TRP. Currently, when successful survey of the TRP, a deduction is provided only once every three years to citizens from 18 to 40 years old, since the medical examination in this age group is carried out with such a frequency. The initiative of the Popular Front provides for the right to annual receipt of a tax deduction when successful surrender of the TRP, regardless of the year of the medical examination.

These initiatives were directly reflected in the order of the President of the Russian Federation, which the government, together with the movement, was instructed to develop mechanisms for the provision of relevant tax benefits.

Experts of the Popular Front note that, given the voluntary nature of the relevant expenses and their obvious social orientation, the proposed measure will not have a significant impact on the revenue of the budget.

All 4 years there is a process of implementing this idea, this year, in addition to paid sports, a deduction can be obtained for the TRP.
