A ceremonial presentation of documents and keys to apartments took place in the administration of Feodosia. The ceremony was attended by the Head of the municipal formation of the municipal district of Feodosia — Chairman of the Feodosia City Council Ivan Kozyrev, the Head of the Administration of the city of Feodosia Vladimir Kim and the prosecutor of the city of Feodosia Roman Shtrykov.
