The health school “Healthy Age” operates on the basis of clinic No. 7. This is an opportunity for everyone, free of charge and under the guidance of experienced mentors, to strengthen the body.

The health school program includes educational activities aimed at developing good habits and understanding how your body works. Particular attention is paid to physical activity. Participants master four types of gymnastics: joint exercises to develop joint mobility, special exercises for the cervical spine, breathing exercises to improve oxygen saturation in the body, and neurogymnastics, which helps improve coordination and brain function.
