Residents of Sevastopol can apply for a parking permit through State Services

A parking permit is an electronic entry in the register that confirms the right to park a personal car for free in paid city parking lots in Sevastopol. The permit is issued by the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development.

The permit is valid the next day after being entered into the register and is valid until the end of the validity period of the document (certificate) confirming the status and rights of an individual who is granted the right to place a vehicle without charging a fee, but not more than one year.

Since the beginning of the year, about 150 people have applied for parking permits, 92% of them electronically. A permit can only be issued for a car whose owner does not have unpaid fines for traffic violations or paid parking rules — provided that the decisions on these fines have already entered into force,” said Vladimir Zayachnikov, head of the e-government infrastructure development department.

To obtain a parking permit, you must:

  • have a verified account;
  • fill out an electronic application link;
  • receive notification of the result of the provision of the service.

Service delivery period:

  • entering a parking permit into the register, changing, extending – 7 working days;
  • Cancellation of a parking permit—2 working days.

Public services in electronic form are provided within the framework of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State.”
