Results of the work of the Sevastopol Vodokanal in 2025

In 2025, Vodokanal carried out a set of measures aimed at improving the reliability and quality of public services in the field of water supply and sanitation.

In total, the enterprise rebuilt more than 8 kilometers of networks, repaired 57 engineering infrastructure facilities and 48 units of electrical and mechanical equipment, 218 water supply and sewerage wells.

Particular attention was paid to updating important elements of the system: more than 2 thousand shut-off valves and 236 fire hydrants were replaced and repaired. Pumping equipment was modernized at 12 key water supply facilities, including the installation of a new unit and a major overhaul of the treatment plant building with waterproofing of the chambers.

The renovation of infrastructure also extended to villages. At wastewater disposal facilities, work was carried out to replace outdated equipment: at wastewater treatment plants in the villages of Ozernoye and Tylovoye, North Side and other facilities. Three diesel units were purchased to enable uninterrupted operation of pumping stations. In Rodny, a project has been implemented to connect an additional source of water supply — a nearby drainage system, with the installation of an ultraviolet disinfection chamber.

Specialists completed major repairs of the main sections: 2.7 kilometers of water pipeline to Verkhnesadovoy, 800 meters at the Sukharny tunnel and 183 meters of the pressure collector from the sewage pumping station on Optimistov Street.

Design and construction have begun to expand the coverage areas of centralized water supply. In Pirogovka, a second lift pumping station is being built, a clean water reservoir with a capacity of up to 100 cubic meters is being reconstructed, and 870 meters of new networks are being laid. Similar work has begun in Frontovoy on Lieutenant Colonel Guzya Street, where it is also planned to install a pumping station and build 350 meters of water supply.

As part of the implementation of the federal project “Modernization of Utility Infrastructure,” the company reconstructed a section of the water supply system in the Sadovod SNT and built a sewage pumping station on Antichny Avenue. Thanks to these works, the quality of services in the field of water supply and sanitation will improve for subscribers living in these areas.

Work was completed on the reconstruction of the water supply system along Sedova Street and the construction of a new sewage pumping station and drainage network in the area of ​​Amet-Khan Sultan Street. This station will replace the outdated one and provide the opportunity to connect new subscribers.
