CrimeaPRESS reports:

Since the beginning of 2023, RNCB has provided borrowers with more than 1 billion rubles as part of the program of concessional lending to small and medium-sized businesses, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1764. In accordance with the terms of the program, business representatives can take loans for business development at a rate not exceeding 11% per annum, as well as loans for investment purposes, working capital replenishment and debt refinancing at a rate of up to 10.25% per annum.

A working loan under this program can be taken in the amount of up to 500 million rubles for a period of up to 3 years, an investment loan — up to 2 billion rubles for a period of up to 10 years, a loan for the development of entrepreneurial activity — up to 10 million rubles for up to 3 years. At the same time, the borrower must carry out activities in one or more industries — agriculture, manufacturing, production and distribution of electricity, gas and water, tourism, information and communication activities; transportation and storage; activities in the field of healthcare, etc. For more information on the list of industries, as well as the terms of lending under this program, please visit the official site RNKB.

With the help of government programs to support SMEs, our clients can not only financially support their current activities, but also contribute to the development of their business.

Recall that since September 2022, the bank has also been accepting applications for lending to investment projects in priority sectors of the economy under a new preferential program of state support for small and medium-sized businesses. Enterprises whose activities relate to the field of manufacturing, hotel business, catering, logistics, etc. can take advantage of it.
