Rosreestr: changes have been made to the procedure for providing information contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate
It is reported that by order of Rosreestr dated July 24, 2025 N P/0251/25, the RTF format was also added to the list of acceptable file formats in the form of which electronic documents (electronic images of documents) submitted with a request for information from the Unified State Register can be sent.
The letter also noted that, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 49 of Procedure N P/0149, documents attached to the request for information from the Unified State Register of Limited Access, presented in the form of electronic documents (electronic images of documents), can be certified not only by the UKEP of the person who signed the document, the authorized person of the body that issued the document, but also by the UKEP of a notary.
In addition, it remains possible to submit a request for information contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate in the form of a paper document through the MFC.
